Healthyville Mini Traveling Exhibit

In 2009 we had the opportunity to build a handful of traveling exhibits for Stepping Stones Museum for Children. Healthyville Mini is a scaled down, portable version of an existing exhibit. Aside from the dimension and weight constraints for portability, we were given free reign to sculpt a durable set of teeth that could withstand life on the road.
We created a foam prototype from which we made a mold and used to make a marine grade fiberglass duplicate with an integrated finish to withstand brushing and flossing. The exhibit pedestal doubles as its travel crate.
